Brittney Brown is a Middle Tennessee native with years of experience across the transportation industry, including rideshare driving and transportation operations. That experience gave her something rare — a firsthand, unfiltered view of the rideshare industry from the inside out.

She watched drivers work hard while taking home less and less as platforms continued extracting large percentages from every fare while drivers absorbed the real costs: fuel, maintenance, wear, and time. She knew the model was broken — and knew there had to be a better way.

But RidePick was never just about helping drivers. As someone who spent years interacting directly with riders, Brittney also understood how important trust, consistency, communication, and comfort are during everyday transportation experiences. Many riders were tired of feeling like every ride started with a complete stranger and no real sense of familiarity or connection.

As both a driver and transportation professional, Brittney understood what drivers need to thrive and what riders need to feel safe, respected, and comfortable. That perspective is built into every part of RidePick — from preferred drivers and transparent pricing to in-app communication and community-centered features.
